ID: 1075087 Purpose of the competition: The General Authority for Endowments seeks to enhance the financial and operational governance of the endowments under its supervision, raise the level of reliability of financial statements, and achieve a complete shift to the accrual basis, through activating and operating the system. Nazer (SAP ERP) as an integrated system for managing real estate assets and their associated contracts. Accordingly, the Authority intends to launch an attribution project, whereby the operating company will assume responsibility for: • Preparing the opening balances of the endowments. • Analyze all existing lease contracts within the specified time range. • Calculation Its financial effects are based on the accrual basis. • Loading accounting entries into the system. • Providing support services to manage the contract and revenue cycle within the SAP system in an integrated manner. The project aims to: • Build accurate and approved opening balances for endowments according to the accrual basis. • Analyze all rental contracts And extracting its financial implications. • Reflecting the financial impact of contracts in the form of accounting entries on SAP • Providing support services for the contract management, revenue and collection cycle within the system in an integrated manner. • Enabling the Authority to exercise its oversight and supervisory role with high efficiency. • Preparing the environment for issuing financial statements Reliable and auditable periodicity.
