1. SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPORT SERVICES
The DTI 8 needs the services of a qualified contractor who can provide manpower requirements, e.g. data encoders, drivers and janitors to perform various clerical, administrative, and logistical requirements in the Department.
The contractor or service provider should meet the following requirements, with signed copy of valid relevant documents to be submitted as proof:
a) Duly registered with the Department of Labor and Employment;
b) Duly registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
c) For sole proprietorship, duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry;
d) For corporations and partnerships, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission; and
