Support Services of the Computerization and Documentation department of the National Library of Greece The project concerns the provision of specialized technical support services and strategic technological consulting to the National Library of Greece (NBH), with the aim of strengthening the Computerization and Documentation department, ensuring the smooth operation of its information infrastructure and the implementation of its digital strategy. The contractor will provide day-to-day technical support services to users and infrastructure (AD, M365, Proxmox, Azure, etc.), Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring, remote incident resolution, as well as process documentation and training materials. The project concerns the provision of specialized technical services support and strategic technological consulting at the National Library of Greece (NBH), with the aim of strengthening the Computerization and Documentation department, ensuring the smooth operation of its information infrastructure and implementing the digital strategy.
