USACE-LRN operates Ventek International automated fee machines and Venmobile fee collection devices at multiple recreation sites for the collection of day-use fees. These systems are currently installed and operational. This requirement will provide continued support services, including payment processing, data services, and technical support for these systems.
This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement.
Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it can meet the Nashville District-s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 2:00 PM CST on 9 July 2026, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
