Support service for the provision of library services and activities during the additional opening hours of the La Rioja Library. The purpose of the contract is the provision of support services for customer service, dynamization cultural and development of library activities during the additional opening hours of the La Rioja Library. The services covered by the contract include, among others, the performance of the following services: consultation, information general and bibliographic, loan and return of copies, listening and viewing of audiovisual materials, access to databases and the Internet, attention to the public, and carrying out, attention and assistance of cultural activities during scheduled times complementary opening ceremony of the La Rioja Library, located on Merced Street, 1 in Logroño. The scope of the contract includes, in addition to the provision of library services, the dissemination through the web and social networks of the activities and projects of the center, in order to increase attendance levels and promote interaction with citizens and visitors. To this end, it is necessary to include in the contract communication and dissemination services for activities of cultural interest, especially at certain times of the year or commemorative dates related to culture.
