Creation of a support mechanism for the implementation of the PSEE consisting of two distinct but also interacting sets of procedures which in turn are described as "mechanisms". The 1st Monitoring mechanismof the collection, management, evaluation, interpretation and utilization of data and information related to actions related to PSEE and Research, Technological Development and Innovation (RTD) at the regional level. This mechanism will be implemented in the form of an information system. THE2nd support mechanism of the PSEE governance (eco)system, is the set of procedures and actions to support the role undertaken by the PSEE governance bodies. The basic governance system includes the Regional Council for Research and Innovation and the PTA AMTH.The wider governance ecosystem includes all the actors of the quadruple helix
