The subject of the order includes: 1) Construction and conservation works on the wooden structure of the historic Old Town Hall tower, consisting of: a) renovation of the wooden structure of the so-called The Old Town Hall in Biaogard, currently the Palace of Weddings at Plac Wolnoci, 5th century Biaogard on plot no. 408, orb 0017 Biaogard, in the scope of, among others: - dismantling the formwork of the tower walls, clock faces, floors, ceilings, - renovation of the tower's carpentry structure, including rectification and supplementation of the anchoring, strengthening the connections carpentry, - cleaning and impregnation of the tower's hem structure elements, making an inspection opening with flaps, allowing for the inspection of the structure, - renovation and partial replacement of the formwork of the tower walls, impregnation with a glazing impregnation, - renovation of the terrace, replacement covering, dismantling and maintenance of balustrades, renovation of beam bases and sheet metal flashings, introduction of a protective net against birds, - local repair of the roof covering and ventilator, - installation of preserved window joinery in the dormer bay and assembly clock towers. b) reconstruction of the gas installation in the cultural building located in Biaogard at Plac Wolnoci 4-5 on the plot...
