1. The subject of the contract is the support of the Employer in the implementation of tests in systems implemented by the E-Zdrowia Center. The scope of work as part of the contract includes:
1) familiarizing the Contractor with the application and server infrastructure of the Ordering Party;
2) Test management service under systems/projects: P1, P2, P4, ZSMOPL, KPK, SOLR, ETRANSPLANT, EKREW, SMKII, RPL, POPI, EGATE, Rare diseases, SMWoua, SMK II, RPWDL 2, Ehemophilia and others.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
3. The contractor is obliged to implement Order on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the support of the Employer in the implementation of tests in the systems implemented by the E-Zdrowia Center.
