Description:

The Ministry of Education (MoE) invites eligible individual international consultants to submit proposals their interest in providing the Services. The minimum qualifications and experience requirements are:

At least MSc in development studies, education or a related field

More than 15 years’ experience working in international development

More than 8 years’ work experience in South East Asia in international development

A good understanding of the public sector context and education sub-sectors in Myanmar

A good understanding of the latest international research relating to education reform in developing countries

Excellent communication skills in English

Good experience in supporting institutional development and change management in developing countries
