Service contract - support of MTVA's existing IBM backup and TS4500 tape storage systems and servers, as well as SAN systems for a period of one year.

Support of MTVA's IBM storage systems

The Media Service Support and Asset Management Fund with this public procurement professional descriptiondetermines the characteristics, expectations and requirements required for the subject of the public procurement, on the basis of which the subject of the public procurement can be described in such a way that it meets the purpose required by the contracting authority.

Support of MTVA broadcast IBM systems

The subject of the public procurement: the MSupport for TVA's existing servers as follows:

Provide partner support of the same service level as IBM M3B service for the devices listed in Table 1 of the technical description until March 31, 2025.

In addition to hardware support, the successful Bidder is also responsible for technical description 2. extension of the license of the software products listed in the table until March 31, 2025, as well as questions and possible problems related to the configuration of the software running on the broadcast systems and the systems serving them, in order to solve data migration first linprovision of this support service.

Within the framework of the support service, support crossgrade service must be provided for the elements of the system, as necessary, so that support for the entire system is continuously ensured from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
