Published on: 2026-03-17 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-04-09 Subject: Evaluation of the Charter of the Vanoise National Park and territorial approaches The National Parks evaluate the application of their Charter and deliberate on the appropriateness of its revision twelve years, at most, after its approval, its previous revision or the last decision not to revise it (CE art L.331-3-II). It is the Chairman of the Board of Directors who leads and chairs the monitoring and evaluation of the Charter (CE art L.331-8). The Charter of the Vanoise National Park having been approved on April 27, 2015, the Board of Directors of the park must decide no later than April 2027, regarding the rewriting, modification or renewal identically of the Charter. This decision will be based in particular on the conclusions of the final evaluation, the subject of this consultation. As a note, there has been no mid-term evaluation of the Charter. The evaluation consists of: - Confirming the relevance between the objectives/orientations with regard to the issues identified in the Charter following the territorial diagnosis; particularly in a context of climate change and adaptation of the territory to the effects of global change. - Evaluate the results and effects of the implementation of the Charter on subjects deemed priority by ensuring that the results correspond to the objectives and ambitions set by the Charter.
