The acquisition is to be purchased by the ID card and passport system (hereinafter referred to as the HeKO Passi) and its related systems for support, maintenance and development services, as well as other expert services.The Police Board maintains and develops the identity card and passport system and other closely related to itsystems (Vopa, Mheko, IS service, mammutti, hpwrapper, print application and Bioservice). The users of the systems include the police, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Finnish Foreign Migration and the Immigration Service. The users of the VAPA service (VOPA) include banks and operators. AcquisitionThe aim is to provide services to ensure the continuous operation of these systems, as well as smooth and flawless operation for end -users of the systems. The identity card and passport system will manage your identity card and passport applications and related decisions and permit documentsthroughout their life cycle and provides the validity information of the permit documents to other systems. The identity card and passport system uses the workstation applications described below in the process of granting the permit documents.Mammutti and HPWRAPPER are workstation applications that collect eg. in passports andThe bio -tags required for ID cards (face image, signature and fingerprints).
