The object of the acquisition is the support, maintenance and development services of the First Aid Report software, as well as other expert services.
EHK contains information related to the patient's health and treatment. Those using the first aid report authorities include, in addition to first aid, other authorities who act in the first response with official duties.
EHK enables real-time processing of patient data directly in the field and in care facilities by emergency personnel. EHK has also been implemented to work with touch-screen Windows terminals.
EHK is not an independent application, but it is integrated to work in real time as part of a wider joint field management system of the authorities (KEJO). EHK is part of the KEJO system a separate view in the user interface, which has been implemented as a separate component in the KEJO system due to its special features. The support, maintenance and development services of the KEJO system are not the subject of this procurement.
The first aid report view is used to fill in, save and transfer patient data to other systems. The information content of the view corresponds to the structural information content of the first aid report defined by THL nationwide.
