4.2 The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of interactive monitors. 4.3 The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law allows the submission of partial offers: 4.3.1 PART 1 ORDER, purchase and delivery to the implementer of the Public Primary School project. Kornel Makuszyskiego in Siemkowice 6 pieces of interactive monitors with mobile stands and 1 piece of interactive monitor as part of the project Supporting general education in institutions in the Siemkowice commune.4.3.2 The subject of the order includes the delivery of elements indicated quantities to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in accordance with the material and quantity statement (detailed description of the subject of the order) constituting Appendix No. 1A to SWZ.1) All elements constituting the subject of the order must be original, professional and brand new, high quality, functional, free from any physical defects, as well as from any legal defects and third party claims, unused, not exhibition, not regenerated.
