Description of the method of communication with Contractors - in accordance with point 9 SWZ.3. The place for submitting offers is specified in point. 10.1 SWZ.4. The only criterion for selecting an offer is: net price – criterion weight: 100%.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to conduct a dynamic electronic auction and/or commercial negotiations with Contractors whose offers cannot be rejected.
