Update of MD NAV modules as part of Microsoft Enhancement Plan Servis and update of economic information system
The subject of the order is the provision of service support for the economic information system. The support will include the following parts: 1. Update of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (hereinafter referred to as "MD NAV") within the framework of the Microsoft Enhancement Plan. 2. Service and updating of the economic information system, including all its superstructures. Helpdesk service provided through the web portal and development and support service according to the Client's requirements. The client has a valid MS BREP service "Business Ready Enhancement Plan" (hereinafter referred to as maintenance) for MD NAV Acct number: 6100645 valid until 29 October 2026. The supplier will conclude a contract with the client for the continuation of maintenance - Microsoft Enhancement Plan for a fixed period until 29 October 2029 inclusive. Part of ensuring the maintenance service will be the right to use all higher versions, the right to service packages and updates, the right to support and guarantees of compatibility with other Microsoft products released by Microsoft for use in the Czech Republic for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
