Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the contractor's implementation of key tasks under the project entitled "Support for the development of public e-services in the local government of the Poznań Metropolis-the Komorniki commune".

2. On the works referred to in para. 1 consists of the following tasks:

1) modernization of the electronic system public services in the field of:

a) communication interface for e-service recipients including a mobile application,

b) a domain system in the area of local taxes,

c) a domain system for managing and making fees,

d) electronic document circulation system (document management and correspondence),

e) system providing information on the implementation of the budget and organizing the financial and accounting system,

2) adapting the current work environment to the modernized system of electronic public services in the scope of:

a) reporting and analytical system,

b) HR and payroll,

3) training for employees in the scope of:

a) a modernized system of electronic public services,

b) cyber security closely related to modernized systems and newly implemented systems,

3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:

1) preparation of software implementation i functionality indicated in para. 2 point 1,

2) providing and installing the software;

3) software configuration and functionality indicated in para. 2 point 1;

4) integration of provided solutions with the Employer's software and central software;
