The Rouen Normandy Metropolis (MRN) is equipped with Nuxeo LTS 2021 as an electronic document management tool with the desire to implement a unique metropolitan EDM, aiming to meet all the management needs of services documentary. This tool is currently used by: - the general directorate of services to publish documents, - the user relations services at the Water and Sanitation Directorate, - the DSI which offers GED functionalities via the API Nuxeo in business applications developed internally. In order to make the use of this tool more reliable, the MRN is requesting a service provider to ensure: - NUXEO maintenance and support which includes: The Nuxeo OnLine Gold subscription Regulatory, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, functional and technical telephone support. - The developments and technical support required for the development and maintenance in operational condition of the Nuxeo GED - Future plans version upgrades of Nuxeo Thus this framework agreement allows the MRN to maintain access to: - The Nuxeo Studio application - Software maintenance - The marketplace and the update center - Technical support For: - 1 studio project - 1 instance of production - 1 technical contact The reference period for the first year of maintenance will be from May 26, 2026 to May 25, 2027.
