Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the support service for data collection and processing systems of the Polish FSDN. 2.The Polish FSDN implements the tasks of the Act of March 7, 2025 on the EU data network regarding the level of sustainability of agricultural holdings (FSDN). For this purpose, it collects accounting data regarding activities of selected farms. So far, data has been collected by the Polish FADN on the basis of the Act on the collection and use of accounting data of agricultural farms of November 29, 2000. The system previously used by the Polish FADN will be phased out and its place must be replaced a new system for collecting and processing accounting data. Until then, however, the Polish FSDN will use the Polish FADN system, which has been operating since around 2014. The system consists of two subsystems: RDR (Accounting Data Registration) and PDR (Accounting Data Processing). Access to All registered users have RDR. Data from the farm of a production, economic, environmental and social nature are collected using specially developed forms - the tables are collected in four Agricultural Accounting Books and the Research Survey form Farms. Employees of agricultural advisory centers enter the above-mentioned data into the IT system. At IERiGŻ-PIB, data from agricultural farms are subject to quality control and processing.
