The Municipality of Bindoy, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office 70% of the 5% fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Pesos & 00/100 (P 577, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Support to Community Electrification Program (Re-posting). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
