Support in carrying out evaluations of research support systems in SHS-E-SP. The details of the services to be carried out appear in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P) attached to the consultation file. The service aims to objective of providing methodological and operational support to the INCa for the design and implementation of the evaluation of two research support systems: the AAC Young Researchers Tobacco and/or Alcohol and the project financing modality initiation, contributing to reflection on the structuring of research. INCa has defined the general objectives of these evaluations. The service provider is expected to provide its methodological expertise in order to translate them into an evaluation protocol. operational and conduct evaluation work. Although two systems are identified, the objectives of the evaluation are common and defined within the CCTP.
