Tender Details

Support and technical assistance for the Central Document Repository (CRD) system 1. Description of the subject of the order: 1.1. As part of the basic order, the Contractor undertakes to: 1.1.1. providing technical support services for the System; 1.1.2.benefits technical assistance based on orders received from the Ordering Party, up to 2, 000 man-hours. 1.2. The services referred to in point 1.1. will be provided on the terms and conditions and conditions described in § 4 of the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 1.3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, to the extent referred to in § 1 section 3 of the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "Option", consisting of: 1.3.1. extension of the period, o referred to in § 2 section 2 of the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, for another 12 months of provision of technical support services for the System by the Contractor; 1.3.2. increasing the number of man-hours of technical assistance referred to in § 1 section 1 point 2 of the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, for 1, 000 additional man-hours, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party after all man-hours in the basic order have been used, referred to in point 1.1.2., carried out until use all 1, 000 man-hours, but no longer than until the completion of the services referred to in point 1.1.1. or 1.3.1. if the Ordering Party uses the Option in this respect. 1.4.
