Research Services and support the operations of the French Development Agency in response to the Syrian crisis

The contract is executed by framework agreement with single-issue order forms:
- the minimum amount of which corresponds to the amount of the flat-rate benefit covered by component I "research dedicated to housing issues and access to services of vulnerable populations, including refugee populations in Lebanon and Jordan "(BPU line 1);
- and with a maximum amount fixed at 250.000 € HT for the entire duration of the contract, including renewal.

- Sub-criterion 2: Quality of the proposed methodology for carrying out the provision of component I "research dedicated to the issues of housing and access to services for vulnerable populations, including refugee populations in Lebanon and Jordan", evaluated in terms of the general organization of implementation, the planning of execution, detailed process of each step, and means of security management, control and monitoring of the proper execution: 25 pts
