Through this tender, Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) intends to enter into a contract with a qualified Contractor to support the enhancement and maintenance of the existing AMI SMOC Application, by procuring maintenance and support services for a period of thirty-six (36) months, in accordance with the specified terms and conditions. The support renewal is required to ensure business continuity and to avoid any disruption in the services provided by the existing AMI SMOC Application implemented in KAHRAMAA.
