Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service entitled "Support and development of the Infor LN (ERP) system and maintenance of the server environment in the PAAS model for the needs of Infor LN broken down into tasks."

2. The subject of the contract includes support and development of the Infor LN (ERP) system and maintenance of the server environment In the PAAS model for the purposes of Infor LN broken down into the following 3 tasks:

a) and b) swz;

2) Task No. 2: Delivery of the server environment In the PAAS model, divided into the basic and optional order indicated in point 4.4 point 2) lit. a) and b) swz;

3) Task No. 3: Providing the maintenance of the system manufacturer (Maitenance) by the manufacturer.

3. In task No. 1 and 2 constituting the subject of the contract, the contracting authority provides for the possibility Application of the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the PZP Act, taking into account the following rules:

1) the optional scope of each of the tasks constituting the subject of the contract has been determined

in point 4.4 item 1) lit. b) and 4.4 item 2) lit. b) SWZ;

2) Optional scope of the order will be carried out only after prior written informing the contractor by the contracting authority about the need to perform optional works;

3) The option is the entitlement of the Ordering Party, which the contracting authority may, but does not have to use

as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract;
