Support and development of application software for enforcement activities and pension information storage - II The subject of this public order is the provision of support and development of application software (APV) for enforcement activities and a repository of information on pensions - APV EXK and EDS (hereinafter referred to as the "System"). The subject of the public contract is mainly the following services: -System takeover services - including preparation of the ServiceDesk tool and implementation of monitoring based on the prepared takeover plan by the supplier; - System operation support services - incl. monitoring of the System, provision of administration and maintenance of the System, support of its users and provision of support for the operation of the System; - System development services according to the client's requirements and in the implementation of training for key personnel users, methodologies, administrators and end users of the System; - expert support services for the operation of the System, in particular provision of reconfiguration and parameterization of the System, carrying out separate analyzes related to the System and modifications of the System without the need to intervene in source code; - services for termination of the performance of the Contract - exit services (hereinafter also "Services"). The services must be performed in accordance with the information and communication technology standards of the contracting authority, the list of which is given in Annex No. 6 of the Agreement and the current wording of which is provided by the contracting authority for the purposes of submitting a bid as Annex G of the Procurement Documentation (i.e. the Contracting Authority's Standards as currently amended).
