Support and development of application software for the area of pension benefits - IV The subject of this public order is the provision of support and development of application software (APV) for the area of Pension benefits - IV - APV ZDD, UI3001, EDZ and Písárna (hereinafter "System"). The subject of the public contract is mainly the following services: -System takeover services - including preparation of the ServiceDesk tool and implementation of monitoring based on the takeover plan drawn up by the supplier; - System operation support services - incl. monitoring of the System, provision of administration and maintenance of the System, support of its users and provision of support for the operation of the System; - System development services according to the client's requirements and in the implementation of training for key users, methodologies, administrators and end users users of the System; - expert support services for the operation of the System, in particular provision of reconfiguration and parameterization of the System, carrying out separate analyzes related to the System and modifications of the System without the need to intervene in the source code; -services for termination of the performance of the Contract - exit services (hereinafter also "Services"). The services must be performed in accordance with the information and communication technology standards of the contracting authority, the list of which is given in Annex No. 6 of the Contract and the current wording of which is provided by the contracting authority for the purposes of submitting the offer as Annex G Tender documentation (i.e. Standards of the contracting authority in the current version).
