Support and Decision-Support Study for Accelerating the Transition Towards Plastic-Free School Catering
Subject: The Contract Holder must carry out a decision-making study structured around three distinct and successive missions. The final objective is to prefigure and initiate a clear progressive strategy to go as far as possible in the Exit of plastic while waiting for the new central kitchen planned for 2029. This strategy will be co-constructed with a group of expert consultants and all of the community's stakeholders. It will take into account health issues, Technical and human constraints as well as the tiling with the arrival of the new production tool in 2029.
