Support and advice in the management of Cipav-s financial assets 1) Nature and scope of services: The Holder must have general knowledge of the operating processes of a Pension Fund or organizations similar and in particular a very good command of the regulations which apply to them in terms of financial investments (compliance with the risk imperatives of the Fund). The Holder takes all reasonable measures to prevent conflicts of possible interests to harm the interests of the CIPAV, in accordance with its conflict of interest management policy and the terms of article R. 139-13 of the social security code. As part of this contract, the holder must provide eleven categories of services, The pricing will therefore vary depending on the recurrence (flat rate) or the one-off nature (unitary) of the service.
