Support Advisor of the Special Program Management Service "CRETE" The object of the contract is the provision of specialized technical and operational support services to the EYD Program Crete, for the effective implementation, monitoring, management, control and evaluation of the Crete Program within the framework of the NSRF 2021-2027, in accordance with the institutional framework of the period 2021-2027 and the requirements of the European Commission. The Contractor will support the DA at all stages of their life cycle actions, as well as the obligations of fiscal management, control, transparency and publicity. The Contractor provides support services and does not in any case replace the competent bodies of the Administrative Authority nor exercise decisive responsibilities. The Special Management Service (SMS) of the Crete 2021-2027 Program, through this process, will enter into a contract with a financial entity, which will assume the role of Technical Support Consultant. The Consultant will staff with proven scientific competence, technical training and experience in the management of co-financed European programs, with the aim of supporting the EYD in the management, monitoring and completion of the Program's funded operations Crete.
