Given the challenges and objectives for the Department to aim for a rapid and sustainable return to employment, and within the framework of the generalization of the law for Full Employment, it is appropriate to strengthen the career references of young people under 26 years of age. in regular support, ensuring the use of specific tools developed for ARSAs. The market concerning the support of ARSAs under 26 years of age, in place of local missions and consists of: - the reference support for this young public oriented by the Espace Insertion Emploi (EIE) services, over a period of 3 to 12 months - the commitment to related administrative monitoring (business applications) - the commitment to work in partnership with the Espaces Insertion Emploi (EIA) and in particular participation in multidisciplinary teams on each of the basins (Vichy, Moulins, Montluçon), hence an organization adapted to our territorial division
