Tenders are invited for Supplying of Two CFR Engine.
041 Pipeline Company (State Company) wishes to Invite eligible and experienced bidders for the bid Ref. P b/1/1/2019( Supplying of Two CFR Engine) Interested eligible bidders may obtain the
bid conditions and technical specifications from Oil Pipelines Company HQ/ Legal Department Location in the Oil Complex at Daura-Baghdad-lraq. interested eligible bidders may purchase bidding Documents upon payment of a nonrefundable net amount of 1000000 ID (million Iraqi dinars only) against submission of registration certificate of Incorporation. Offers should be submitted least possible period not exceeding date as per specified In sub clause (15). Offers shall be considered If satisfy the following terms and conditions.
1. All Bids mutt be accompanied by a Bid Security (Bid bond bank guarantee or endorsed cheque (original copy) with complete amount equal to (40000 ) USD (forty thousand USD only). The Bid Security shall be submitted by the name of the bidder to the order of Oil Pipelines company issued by trade bank of Iraq or any authorized bank In Iraq approved by Iraqi Central Bank. The Bid Security must be valid for (6 months) starts from date of submitting bids. Bids shall be eliminated If not accompanied with the Old Security requested. Bid Security shall be confiscated if a Bidder withdraws its bid after dosing date or non completion of technical data non-fundamental or Correcting Arithmetical Errors and non fundamental legal terms required In the terms of the enquiry.
