Supplying thermal energy as a service to the Peltoniemi campus area, Ylä-Savo educational municipality association Background and current status: In accordance with the overall arrangement agreement, the current supplier will produce district heat until 30 September 2027. A regional map is attached to the request for participation heating network and buildings. The object of the acquisition and the desired model: Sansia Oy tenders the procurement for the supply of thermal energy for Ylä-Savo's educational municipality in the Peltoniemi campus area. The procurement includes a technical description of the solution and a preliminary one deployment plan. The solution can be a centralized heating system, a hybrid system or a distributed system. The solution must not cause the Customer large costs, e.g. for integration into the current heating network. In the deployment plan the scheduling and tasks of the implementation of the new building required by the solution must be taken into account, incl. permit processes. The transfer plan takes into account uninterrupted heat distribution in the area during the procedures, here the Customer's current backup heat source and relocation/construction activities are scheduled for the summer of 2027, when the heat production capacity is at its lowest (for domestic water needs). Thermal energy must be based mainly on renewable energy sources. Non-renewable can also be used in the system energy as part of reserve heat production, peak power coverage or usage situations where it is justified technically or in terms of security of supply.
