PACKAGE 1 PACKAGE 2 PACKAGE 3 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents and consumables together with the provision of analyzers to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Kraków, os. Złotej Jesieni 1) in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1A and 1B to this Specification and providing a panel for the diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infections in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1C to this Specification 2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract (in terms of parts, to which they concern) will be rejected. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3A, 3B and 3C to the SWZ. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE 1. Contractors who meet the conditions specified in Art. may participate in the award of the contract. 57 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 112 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.: 1) are not subject to exclusion 2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding: a) ability to participate in business - the Ordering Party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in Proceedings. b) authorizations to conduct a specific business or professional activity - the Ordering Party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in the Procedure. c) economic or financial situation - the Ordering Party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in Proceedings. d) technical or professional capacity - the Ordering Party does not establish detailed conditions for participation in the Procedure. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings may participate in the Proceedings.
