Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of polyvidonum iodinatum 100 mg/ml solution for the skin for a period of 12 months to the registered office of the Ordering Party (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification.2. Deadline Validity/warranty period of the subject of the order: may not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. A medicinal product that is the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended). The offered medicinal product must be authorized for marketing under the terms set out in Art. 3 or 4 section 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.4. The Ordering Party, in the implementation of this order in the part regarding transport of the medicinal product to the Ordering Party's headquarters, allows the participation of authorized subcontractors.5. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the Specification.
