Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As per the terms and conditions of the schedule, the bidder must have completed at least 50% of the total value of similar nature PABX Intercom Machine & telephone set supply work in a single contract.2. Attested copy of the VAT registration certificate, TIN & Income Tax certificate, Trade License must be submitted.3. The nature PABX Intercom Machine, telephone set, cable & othere related accessories must be produced/purchased by renowned brand such as Panasonic or equivalent brand. Relevant supporting documents (purchase evidence if procured) must be submitted.4. In case of supply through any distributor, the Manufacturer-s Authorization /authorization letter of distribution(with validity and scope clearly mentioned) from the manufacturer must be submitted. The authority reserves the right to verify the authenticity of such authorization from the concerned manufacturer/supplier, if necessary.5. For verification purposes, the name and mobile number of the responsible officer/authorized person of the institution must be mentioned in the tender documents.6. Two years Warranty certificate must be submitted by the supplier-s.7. A Pay Order/Bank Draft of BDT 13000/- (Thirteen thousand) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted/attached with the tender as tender security (earnest money).8.
