1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for cars and machines belonging to the District Roads Authority in Otwock in an amount not exceeding: a) Unleaded petrol (Pb 95) 8, 000 liters b) Diesel oil (ON) 90, 000 liters 2. The fuel must meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 9, 2015. on quality requirements for liquid fuels and the requirements of the PN-EN590 + A1:2017-06 and PN-EN 228 + A1:2017-06 standards; 3. Diesel fuel will be used for cars and devices used by the Ordering Party, and unleaded gasoline for machines and devices used by the Ordering Party. Refueling will take place directly into the tanks of cars, vehicles, machines and devices. 4. The supplier must ensure the possibility of refueling from the Supplier's distributor for at least 11 hours a day, i.e. from 7:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., 5. Fuel collection will be cashless, 6. Due to the impossibility of storing liquid fuels at the premises, of the Ordering Party, refueling of vehicles and equipment will take place successively, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party;7. The remuneration for the delivered fuel may change by changing the unit prices provided by the Fuel Supplier. 8. Contractor each time it will issue VAT invoices, which must include: contract number, date and time of refueling, type and quantity of fuel consumed, unit price of fuel including the discount.
