Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The tenderer must have it's own/hire Asphalt batching plant in the jurisdiction of Rajshahi Road Division and must have the capacity to supply Asphalt within short periods. ( For every condition, a declaration or agreement paper (300 tk.
