Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supplying 5 Items Chemical Raw Materials.

Tender Bond: USD 4200/-.

Tender Fees: ID 75000/-.

Total Budget of USD 155000/-

This company invite all the specialist and experienced suppliers to participate in the tenders of supplying the materials mentioned above The suppliers have to contact the headquarters of the company in Samarra or Medical Gases Factory (affiliate of the company) in Al-Amiria - Baghdad, in order to get the terms of the tender against an amount of unrefundable as stated in the chart below. Offers should be submitted to the Tender Box of the company in Samarra exclusively which must be submitted before 12:00 PM of the closing date and any offer comes after that time will not be accepted.

The offers must be :

1- Submitted in three sealed envelopes with the name of the company on each : the number of the tender and the material name.

•The first envelope contains "technical offer" the second "commercial offer" and the third "the required documents" which include:

A- Registration Certificate of the company's establishing

B- A bid bond according to w hat is shown below of the cost amount either by an approved cheque or a bank guarantee issued by an Iraqi Bank or a loan bonds issued by an Iraqi government to be completed to 5% after the tender being awarded.

C- A letter of obligation innocence from the state organization of taxes.

D- Tender purchasing receipt.

2- The company is not obliged to accept the lowest prices of any offer.

3- The awarded bidder should pay the Announcement fees.

4- Any offer sent by c mail will be neglected.

-We invite the participators to attend the procedures of tenders 'opening after 12:00 pm of closing date.
