Supplying and maintaining vehicle tires for various Midwaste members Description: Request for quotation European tender with a public procedure for the supply and maintenance of vehicle tires for Midwaste members. Nature and extent of the assignment This tender consists of 9 lots: Waste Combination De Vallei (ACV) Ede Afvalservice Breda BAT Tilburg Joint scheme Cure Eindhoven Dar NV Nijmegen NV Irado Schiedam De Meerlanden Holding NV Rijsenhout Municipality of Oss Saver N.V. Roosendaal Tenderers can register for one or more lots. The total purchase forecast is approximately 2000 vehicle tires per year for the 9 plots in total. This concerns the following deliveries and services: supply of tires for persons, delivery vehicles, vans, trucks, heavy equipment, sweepers, agricultural vehicles, etc.; carrying out a tire inspection at the client's fleet location; repairs and renewal of the above tires; pick up and delivery service from drivers, vehicles, tires, and rim/tire combinations; balancing and alignment; storage option for summer and winter tires; 24-hour service in the field of (breakdown) assistance; taking carcasses and providing them with a new tread (refresh); providing quarterly management reports based on information from a tire management system (preferably web-based); providing advice on the use of car tires. Purpose of the tender The Contracting Authority, the Cooperative association Midwaste Milieu UA, coordinates this tender for its participating members (the Clients) and aims to conclude a framework agreement per plot with one contracting party for the supply and maintenance of vehicle tires. The framework agreements between the clients and contractors for the plots have a term of two (2) years with an option for unilateral extension by the client of 2 times one (1) year.
