Lot 1: This lot concerns the supply and installation of plastic mobile waste bins (hereinafter also referred to as containers) with chip, address sticker, barcode sticker and sorting sticker for the door-to-door collection of vegetable, fruit and garden waste (abbreviated GFT) and residual waste where you can opt for smaller or larger containers. The Tenderer must also be responsible for organizing the rollout, i.e. delivering the containers desired by the user to the home. Lot 2: This lot consists of implementing, managing and maintaining a (diftar) software with which AGSO KNOKKE-HEIST is able to: • weigh the waste and charge it at differentiated rates electronically and whereby each user has his/her own account has; • send online payment invitations; • the user can monitor the status of his account and waste consumption via an electronic platform (citizen portal); and • with an associated complaints registration and -opvolging.
