Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of cleaning agents for surgical footwear to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification.2. The validity period/warranty period of the subject of the order cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery.3. Ordering party reserves the right to ask Contractors, at the stage of examination and evaluation of offers, to provide samples of the offered subject of the order in order to test and check them.4. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract - in the part they concern - will be rejected.5. Other terms and conditions order is specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to this Specification.
