1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 LGDF - General Fund (PSWDO, PR No. 0922-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of:

IB No: G-117-26 (1st opening)
Project Title: Supply/Delivery of Wheelchairs, Crutches and Quad Canes
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids Supply/Delivery of Wheelchairs, Crutches and Quad Canes - IB No. G-117-26 (1st opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required:
20 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order
Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
