INVITATION TO BID FOR: Supply/Delivery of Printing Supplies for All Public Schools

1. The City Government of Toledo under the SEF SB#2 2023-Printing Supplies - has appropriated the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php4, 998, 600.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply/Delivery of Printing Supplies for All Public Schools. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the Supply/Delivery of Printing Supplies for All Public Schools. Delivery of goods is required (45) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
