Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the General Fund (LPOPS) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-One Pesos (Php733, 741.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Grocery Items for Security Forces. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Supply/Delivery of 159 sacks Rice, 15 box sardines and 14 box of coffee in support to security forces in the conduct of combat and law enforcement operations, to be delivered at Municipality of Esperanza within the delivery schedule. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
