1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 LGDF-General Fund PSWDO, PR No. 0801-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 3, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Grocery Items - IB No. G-082-26 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids Supply/Delivery of Grocery Items - IB No. G-082-26 (1st opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required staggered delivery as per demand by the end-user. Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
