Description : INVITATION TO BID UNDER R.A. 12009 FOR (EARLY PROCUREMENT)
Supply/Delivery of Drugs and Medicines
(G-010-26C 1st opening)
1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 LGDF-General Fund (PHO-Technical, PR Nos. 0054-CB-26 and 0056-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 749, 964.35 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Drugs and Medicines - IB No. G-010-26C (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for Supply/Delivery of Drugs and Medicines - IB No. G-010-26C (1st opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
