1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, using single-year (2026) Framework Agreement through the funding source CY 2026 LGDF-General Fund (DILG, PR No. 0902-CB-26 and 0867-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 118, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services - IB No. G-083-26C (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services - IB No. G-083-26C (1st opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required within one (1) year after issuance of a Call-Off (as per demand of the end-user). Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
