1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, using single-year (2026) Framework Agreement through the funding source CY 2026 LGDF-General Fund (PGO-OSP Sponsored PhilHealth Program, PR No. 0018-CB-26), CY 2026 LGDF-General Fund (PGO-OSP Anti-Illegal Drug Program, PR No. 0019-CB-26), CY 2026 General Fund (PBO, PR No. 0051-CB-26), CY 2026 General Fund (SP-Secretariat, PR No. 0073-CB-26), CY 2026 General Fund (PTO, PR No. 0074-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 2, 417, 920.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services - IB No. G-012-26C (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
