Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Assorted Feeds Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Supply/Delivery of 500 sacks of Hog Gestation Feeds, 250 sacks of Hog Grower Feeds and 250 sacks of Hog Lactation Feeds to be use for the community based Training and Organic Enterprise Development Center to be delivered at Municipality of Esperanza within the delivery schedule. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009....
